Rules and terms of use of the Živalnik forum
1. Introductory
In addition to everything stated in the general conditions of the Živalnik.si - Slovenian Pets Marketplace platform, we are adding the additional conditions written below, which refer exclusively to the content of users who have the functionality of using the Živalnik Forum and their related rights and obligations.
The Živalnik system consists of a content part of classified ads and a forum part. The Živalnik website is accessible 24 hours a day and every day of the year, and the operator reserves the right to restrict access for technical or other reasons.

2. Rules and general conditions of the Živalnik Forum
Rules of user behavior
Everyone has the right to express their opinion on the Živalnik forum, but must not:
- ridicule and insult other forum users,
- guard against religious, racial, sexual, national, political or any other intolerance,
- use inappropriate expressions, images and other materials.
Actions by the administrator
The administrator ensures smooth communication and helps users to use the Živalnik Forum. If necessary, the administrator can change, lock and/or hide messages with inappropriate content or offensive comments for reading, without giving reasons.
The administrator judges the appropriateness of published content. In doing so, he/she can consult the editorial staff of Živalnik.
At their own discretion, the administrator and the editors reserve the right to limit or terminate access to the Živalnik website and the Živalnik Forum for an individual user in case of suspicion of abuse of the system or violations of the rules of conduct.
User complaints and comments
All comments on the operation of the Živalnik forum, the work of the administrator, regarding the content of topics and other observations, can be reported by users to the telephone number +38651254991 every weekday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., to the email address info@zivalnik.si.
The editors review the comments as soon as possible, remove them if necessary within three (3) working days and provide feedback to the user after the editors' assessment.
Use of the Živalnik forum
Upon registration, the registered user undertakes to agree to the provisions stated on this page and in the general terms and conditions. The user himself is responsible for the content he/she writes and assumes full liability for compensation, and is aware of the possibility of passive legitimation in the event of a dispute or requests from the competent authorities.
The user is obliged to protect the username with an adequately secure password (at least a six-digit password with a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers) and to protect it from other people. The operator may, at its own discretion, refuse to assign a username to an individual who refers to another person, abuses trademark law, is obscene, unacceptable, violates other rules, or maliciously imitates established nicknames of other user images.
The Živalnik editorial office recommends, that you register the nickname (author) that you use regularly to prevent confusion and other inconveniences. The editors ask, that you use the search engine before opening a new topic and that you stick to the topic when writing comments on posted messages.
Overt and covert advertising (communication in the forum with the official company name or brand name, advertisement of slogans, publication of links to other websites, all covert forms of advertising, such as guerilla marketing, sales and commercial research in forums) company BNG d.o.o. charges according to the valid price list. The company BNG d.o.o. has the right to issue an invoice to the company that advertises covertly, and the company is obliged to pay for the service billed for each identified covert advertising as described in the previous sentence.

3. Code of commenting on the Živalnik forum
Živalnik is an online marketplace or a medium, that tries to open its pages to readers as much as possible and enable you to participate in the creation and design of content. Even with commenting.
On our forum, only registered users, who have access to this functionality, can comment on the content.
Any incitement to national, racial, religious or other inequality, as well as incitement of national, racial, religious or other hatred and intolerance is prohibited on the forum.
It is also prohibited to carry out acts, that have the legal characteristics of criminal acts, especially, but not exclusively: defamation, defamation, insulting accusations, committing or reprimanding a criminal act with the intention of contempt, dishonoring the Republic of Slovenia, dishonoring a foreign country or international organization, dishonoring the Slovenian nation or national communities, public incitement to hatred, violence or intolerance.

- advertise products or services for profit or some other benefit of the commenter - except in the case of a registered user (legal entity) who has paid for this functionality as part of his profile;
- are written in a way that makes it clear that the user is assuming someone else's identity;
- include contact information, such as phone number, postal or email address;
- are written in any other language that is not enabled on the Živalnik website;
- contain links to other pages that do not comply with our editorial policy;
- describe or encourage activities, that could endanger the safety or well-being of others;
- users see them as unwanted or spam; this includes repeated posts containing the same or similar content;
- are clearly not tied to the topic indicated in the article or other comments.
